McCloud Millworks is located on the former McCloud lumber mill property.  The site is located on Hwy 89 just 9 miles off I5, California’s major north-south transportation artery.  Ideally suited for businesses looking for easy access to interstate freeway, easy building and expansion opportunities,  and abundant access to both water and power resources.  Breweries, distilleries, boutique water, aquaculture, manufacturing, storage, tiny homes and non-profit/educational opportunities are well-suited to the site.  Large and small industrial zones being developed.

The site is 278 acres, zoned MH-1 heavy industrial.  There are 6 separate level parcels and 300,000 square feet of space in dozens of structures. There is also California’s largest wood building which is 106,000 square feet located near the main entrance of the site.
